For cannabis seeds, we’re not responsible for germination outside the ACT unless you’ve got a medicinal growing license in hand.
This rule is spelled out in our Terms & Conditions, which you agree to when you buy from us—no exceptions.
Just so we’re crystal clear: nothing on our website is meant to nudge anyone toward illegally growing controlled substances in Australia. This site is for adults 18 and up only—sorry, no kids allowed!
Sale of Cannabis Seeds
Cannabis seeds are exclusively sold for souvenir, adult novelty, and storage purposes – think of them as collectibles for the green enthusiast. We firmly discourage any attempt at germination or cultivation unless local state laws give you the green light. It’s your responsibility to grasp the cannabis germination laws in your state and act accordingly. Any conflict with local laws is a buzzkill, and we can’t assist with germination or growing discussions, so no warranty claims for supposed defective seeds can be discussed as they’re bought solely for seed preservation and collectible purposes.
Delivery Policy
We guarantee your seeds will be delivered, or we’ll re-send! We utilize the delivery tracking info to determine the status of delivery. You will be provided with this tracking code as soon as your order is shipped (normally 1 day after bank settlement). It is your responsibility to ensure the address you have entered is correct. We cannot take responsability for items lost in the post due to incorrect address details on the order. There is no signature required for delivery. The item will be left in the mailbox or a safe location. Normal transit time is between 2-5 business days as shipping is from within Australia.
If you have provided the correct shipping address, and the tracking info shows the item is lost or undelivered, we’ll re-send your order no questions asked! 🙂
Privacy Policy
All your information is strictly confidential. We will never share any of your info with any 3rd parties. In fact, we do not allow customer login or account creation as this presents security risks and thus, we do not hold customer details on file for any length of time necessary to manage your order.
Exclusion of warranty
The liability of the seller for any losses or damage to the buyer resulting from any cause whatsoever including alleged defective products, breach of warranty, negligence of any kind shall in no event exceed the purchase price with respect to losses or damages claimed. In no situation is the seller liable for incidental or consequential damages including without limitation.
