We’re dedicated to shipping the freshest, top-notch seeds fast, so our customers can enjoy great results. That said, we draw the line at backing any moves that clash with local state laws. For cannabis seeds, we’re not responsible for germination outside the ACT unless you’ve got a medicinal growing license in hand.
This rule is spelled out in our Terms & Conditions, which you agree to when you buy from us—no exceptions.

It’s your responsibility to grasp the cannabis germination laws in your state and act accordingly. Any conflict with local laws is a buzzkill, and we can’t assist with germination or growing discussions, so no warranty claims for supposed defective seeds can be discussed as they’re bought solely for seed preservation and collectible purposes.

Delivery Policy

We guarantee your seeds will be delivered, or we’ll re-send!    We utilize the delivery tracking info to determine the status of delivery.   You will be provided with this tracking code as soon as your order is shipped (normally 1 day after bank settlement).    It is your responsibility to ensure the address you have entered is correct.   We cannot take responsability for items lost in the post due to incorrect address details on the order.     There is no signature required for delivery.   The item will be left in the mailbox or a safe location.    Normal transit time is between 2-5 business days as shipping is from within Australia. 

 If you have provided the correct shipping address, and the tracking info shows the item is lost or undelivered, we’ll re-send your order no questions asked!   🙂 

Privacy Policy

All your information is strictly confidential.   We will never share any of your info with any 3rd parties.   In fact, we do not allow customer login or account creation as this presents security risks and thus, we do not hold customer details on file for any length of time necessary to manage your order.  

Exclusion of warranty

The liability of the seller for any losses or damage to the buyer resulting from any cause whatsoever including alleged defective products, breach of warranty, negligence of any kind shall in no event exceed the purchase price with respect to losses or damages claimed.  In no situation is the seller liable for incidental or consequential damages including without limitation.

If your seeds arrive damaged, we will send replacements, no dramas, just send us a photo of the damage via email.

Once your tracking number is received, we recommend you to monitor it as our delivery guarantee covers you if the item is lost in the post.
