If your seeds fail to germinate, we will replace them — provided you follow these steps below.Â
How to Qualify for Replacement
To ensure fairness, customers must document their germination process using the paper towel method:
Prepare materials: 2 clean paper towels, a plate, and distilled water.
Moisten paper towels: Damp but not soaking wet.
Place seeds: Lay seeds evenly between the towels.
Cover & store: Place towels on a plate, cover with another plate (to block light), and keep in a warm (21–26°C), dark location.
Check daily: Seeds should sprout within 2–7 days. Keep towels moist but not wet.
Documentation Required
To qualify for replacement, please provide:
Clear photos of the germination setup (paper towel method in progress).
Daily photos showing seed condition.
A final photo after 7 days showing which seeds failed to sprout.
Claim Process
Email us at [admin@trueseeds.store] within 10 days of purchase.
Include your order number, photos, and a short description of your process.
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement order free of charge.
